I am trying to download the jdk for linux from Sun's web site http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/download.html
For whatever reason I cannot download the software! I have tried google and downloading the blackdown version. What am I doing wrong? I have a dial-up connection. When I try to download (from the browser) I get a bunch of garbage. Please tell me what I'm missing.
