here is a simple doubt,
1)there is only one instance maintained by servlet container,there r 10 requests
how the container handles the requests.
2)the service method is synchronised (single thread model)
how the contained handles 1000 requests for this servlet.
3)is the no of instance of a sevlet in a pool is webserver dependent or we have to config it for a perticular application, if so is there any max and min instances in a pool.
as for as the wrox bok is conscerned
it says the container may adopt 2 methods fro handleing the requests
1)request serialisation
2)instance pooling
is this right?
pl explain for each case
