Hello friends, My doubt is little bit mixture of tomcat and JSP. Hope u guys will help me. Actually i am calling a web page (which is JSP) in that i want to know whether SSL is been enabled in tomcat ( I am using 4.1.17) , if enabled, what is the port (generally 8443). So by knowing the port i can forward the request to that port. If my design is wrong, please suggest me ur idea or openion. After doing some operation in secure mode, then i have to come back to the original mode, in that i want to know tomcat http port. (generally it is 8080). I will specify these values in web.xml of conf dir in tomcat when ever i am starting the tomcat server. (i can keep the general ports, but if i change i want to know how can i do that). Any clue...
