You can also try this.

ResourceBundle oResourceBundleReqd;
oResourceBundleReqd =
ResourceBundle.getBundle("Depository");
if(sKey != null && sKey!= ""){
 sQuery = oResourceBundleReqd.getString(sKey);
 System.out.println("This is inside
PilotPropMgr().getProperty " + sQuery);
}

The  name of the property file should be
"Depository.properties"
and the file should be present in your class path..
