What you need is in the "infocenter" at http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/wasinfo/index.jsp
In the search box, enter "silent install". I believe that the first result found is what you are looking for.

I havent installed websphere yet..But I have both 3.5 and 5.0 versions with me..As John said I need the silent installation procedure,which however couldnt find in the CDs..
