Login Problem SE 4.4 ISAPI

Title: Login Problem SE 4.4 ISAPI

I've installed SE 4.2 ISAPI. When I try to access the config page I'm prompted for a nlocal name and password. If I enter the 411 SE config comes up. I have reset the passwoed for IUSR<servername> but that did not work.
