In case of Apache copy the war file on the webapps folder and restart the
server the
war file will explode thus generating the classes and the jsps or all the
files in your context by creating separate folders
for the same.
The
tlds for the tag libs
classes for the java
JSP 'S
in the context created  by the name of the war file.

The context will be created where you place the war file
