Agreed. I'm having the same issue. I took a look at the XML and my template is not referencing a hard coded ID property. Not sure what else to try.

However it will not update any incidents, it always results in the following error: Exchange Connector: Unable to process mail item. Subject="RE: Please provide additional information for incident ID:[IR7424]", Error Message=The key value of an object cannot be changed. Looks like multiple people are having this error and the resolution for some has been to create a new incident template to apply when updating. I've done that as well as create new management packs for new templates and hacked the XML to the point that the template is not even updating anything at all. All I want the template to do is to update the status field. Has anyone encountered this and solved it in other ways?
