[servman] Description field SR build description with multiple fields

Hi all,

Is there a way to build the description field when I am binding a SR mapping.

Let me explain

Let says I have 3 questions

1: What is the computer name
2: What is the problem
3: Anyone else having the problem?


Can I from SCSM without using orchestrator combine those 3 fields into the 
Description field of the SR?
