Hi, we have searched for a solution two years ago. There are a few partners who deliver MPs for SCOM but they rely all on SAP CCMS. Be aware that CCMS together with SAP Solution Manager is the only supported monitoring you need to run to get reliable data from SAP. All solutions I'm aware of just read the output of the CCMS/Solution Manager system.
We have built our own solution based on SNMP traps from Solution Manager.
