Hi, Is there a way to automatically create a SR from a workflow in sharepoint?
For examble, we are using Sharepoint with a "Nintex" workflow add-on, at the end of the workflow, we need to create a SR on the SCSM portal, it is currently created manually, we would like to make the SR created automatically, is there a way to create a request from an external source (in this case, the workflow) calling the service? I am pretty sure this is not possible but my client would like a confirmation. Thank you Pascal Lefebvre
