[servman] Lync2013 greyed out

Hi,



Lync 2013 presence button in SCSM 2012 console is appearing greyed out 
(sip:firstname.lastname@xxxxxx - unknown). This issue appeared after migrating 
to office 2013 / Lync 2013. / Lync 2010 uninstalled.

Any idea.
