Has anyone encountered an issue where a closure notification is only being 
received by some users?  So basically when a request is resolved the closure 
notification is being received by some users but not all.  The status of the 
workflow shows just a few entries when there should be a hundred+.  There are 
no items that need attention.  It isn't a problem with the workflow or 
subscription.  We are on SCSM2012 SP1 using exchange connector 3.0.  I also 
noticed in my pivot reports the resolved date and other resolution data that 
use to populate are now blank.  We've been using the product for over a year 
and the problem just started happening about the time we upgraded to SP1.

We have a ticket open with Microsoft but I thought I would see if anyone else 
in the community has experienced this problem.
