Folks, Please, consider this scenario:
1. I create a custom Management Pack to extend Incident form 2. This MP adds 3 new fields to Incident form 3. All is working fine I use this in my production environment, my analysts opens many Incidents that have all default and custom fields filled. After 1 year using this I decide to REMOVE this custom MP (for some reason), and Incident Form will became default again, with no Custom fields. Considering this I have some questions: 1. What happens with old/closed/historic Incident objects? They will keep or not the custom fields? 2. What happens with SCSM DB, will keep or not the tables/data created by custom MP? 3. What happens with SCSM DW, will keep or not the tables/data created by custom MP? Thank you so much,
