[servman] Add hyperlink to Service Offering page

Is there anyway to add a hyperlink to the service offering page? I know that 
using a KB article will not work, I am assuming that the way to do this would 
be for someone that is SharePoint savvy to create a hyperlink and have it 
placed on the Service Offering page somehow?
