Has anyone had to deal with increasing the size of files that could be submitted via the Self Service Portal? My client has increased the setting in the SCSM console as well as applying the changes to the web.config file per the below URL however they still cannot send attachments via the Portal greater than 2mb and they want to increase it to 10mb.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh770503 Also when they click the Send Mail option within the Lync presence indicator it ends up populating the email address with the SIP address instead of the SMTP address. So the email ends up looking like sip:daniel.r...@someotherplace.com. The client even removed the SIP address from the notification tab for the user and it still populated the email with the SIP address. Thanks
