I would suggest exporting out both versions and doing a file comparison to see
what the differences are. Then get the same version as you have in the DW
imported into the SM side.

Subject: [servman] scsm / DW MP version mismatch

I have a situation where a custom MP I created and imported into SCSM is a
different version that what is showing in the Data Warehouse Management packs
and I think it is causing the Data Warehouse to stop processing work items into
the DW database. The last time stamp for incidents in the DW reports is from
October 23rd which is the same date that the custom class extenstion was
imported into SCSM.

The version in SCSM Administration/Management Packs shows as version 1.0.0.1
but the DW Management Packs shows version 1.0.0.3. I am also seeing these
errors in the event log which I assume is happening when the MPSync job runs to
correlate the MP extensions from SM to the DW...

Management pack import failed.
