After you have made your changes try doing the following: Restart the System Center Data Access service on the management server. Restart the console.
See if your changes show up then. This is probably a caching problem. ________________________________ Travis Wright [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> Phone: (435) 729-9944 [Description: cid:[email protected]]<http://www.cireson.com/> [Description: cid:[email protected]]<http://twitter.com/teamcireson> Check out our System Center App Store: www.cireson.com/app-store "Meet the Experts" Webinar | Wed. I'm working on setting the new server like the old one and I am having trouble adding items to the Incident Classification list. Actually I can add new items, but when I close the console and reopen it those new items are gone from the list. I am logged on to the server as an admin and the account is in the administrators role in SCSM. I haven't been able to find a solution on the web. Can anyone help me? Thank you, Michael
