Hi travis, Thanks for the info but is it normal that those workflows online run behind when I import de Set first Response Date Rule management pack to disable the Set First response date rule?

It's completely normal for a given workflow to lag behind by a few transactions since they are all running on a polling interval. In this case it is only 5 transactions behind.
