I would recommend putting them on the second server now so that when/if you 
failover the workflows to that second server the EC will be ready to go.

Getting ready to add another mgmt server VM to my environment to spread console 
connection load.  Do I need the Exchange connector bits installed on the 2nd 
mgmt server?  Or is the initial server enough?
