We're implementing Service Manger 2012 R2 and I've recently installed the Exchange Connector 3.0 and the EWS API 1.2 to connect to our Exchange 2013 environment. We have multiple CAS servers that we load balance with Kemp LBs. I wasn't able to get the Exchange Connector to work by pointing to the VIP for the CAS. I was getting a "501 Not Implemented" error. Everything had worked fine in our lab which is a single Exchange server so I suspected the problem was the load balanced CAS. I eventually got it to work by pointing the namespace to a single CAS server in the host file on our SM server. This isn't an ideal solution however and I would like to know if there is a way to get the Exchange Connector to work with load balanced CAS.
