I’m not sure what command you are running.  Get-SCSMObjectTemplate from SMlets 
does not return GUIDs in the default result table.

Use SMlets.  Get-scsmobjecttemplate (or something like that)
Each template object that is returned has a GetManagementPack() method on it.
