[servman] WF Need Attention with Status Succeeded..

Hello Everyone,


I see frequent SCOM Alert for my SCSM 2012 R2 CU3 Workflows. when I check the 
status in WF, under need Attention it show me Successful.


Any idea why it showing like this? where should I check for troubleshooting to 
stop successful WF reporting as Need Attention.
