I think the issue is more along the lines that there aren't too many people
still using Service Manager.

This is still the spot for support.

Subject: [servman] RE: Question on SCOM Managment Pack

Hello Ron,

In the past, I normally send an email to this email address:
[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> when I have
question on SCSM and the community would reply really quick. However, the
respond is not the same anymore. Maybe, no one use such email anymore.

Do you know any other email address I can use in case I need help on SCSM?

Thank you,
Brian

If my recollection is right and it has been a long while since I worked on this
(4 years), I believe you can but depends on the functionality you are working
on.

Subject: [servman] Question on SCOM Managment Pack

Hello everyone,

We hope that someone can help us answering this question.

Let say I created a custom management pack in "SCOM" and import that custom MP
into Service Manager (SCSM), would that work in Service Manager?

Thank you,

Brian
