EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Bachelor degree in IT, Business or related areas University Students from the 5th semester Fluent in English. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS Enable customers to implement and operate their SAP solutions efficiently by providing state-of-the-art support services. Conduct root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues and their resolution using advanced tools, knowledge bases and remote Collaborate closely with partners, as well as with various other SAP departments, like Consulting and Sales. WORK EXPERIENCE Experience or eagerness to learn in an IT related area, e.g. consulting/support/development job appreciated; Fresh graduates with strong inclination towards technical work may also apply; Key User are also welcome Knowledge about SAP NetWeaver Application Server, Relational Databases (e.g. ORACLE/MS-SQL), Programming in ABAP and/or Java, Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, Windows) Alternatively , familiarity with Business Software (SAP or camparable solutions) and/or Business ProcesWHAT WE OFFER.
