doubt on CapReq

Hi,
I have a doubt about CapReq Message:

Suppose that , for an Authorizazion ,CapToken is present in  AuthRes.
Can i send the corresponding CapReq without the CapToken ?
It 's enough to fill
authReqItem and authResPayload in the CapPayload tuple ?
