Yes there seem to be problems at visa.
We have the same problems with several customers
The firewall at verisign (on behalf service for
Visa) seems to be adding an extra line in the
messages.
These installations do not seem to have problems
With the mastercard brands, only with visa.

Our client is having a problem downloading the BCI from the

a problem with BCI download from the above URL? Our client's business
operations is really disrupted. Could it to be identified and
resolved soon? Is there any new generation root certificates that need

added? Please note that it was working all the while. Since
