3.03 upgrade for Setiqueue?

Anyone heard or seen anything about a 3.03 compliant version of
SetiQueue? Would the updated version be so simple as changing the target
URL?  I can't find a way to get in touch with the author. Haven't seen
anything from him either.

Any word?
