Can you also please add one more field. For those
of us running SetiSpy we can also tell how many "Floating point operations to
process:" each work unit has Ex. 3.78 TeraFLOPs. This is the best way to
compare each time to each work unit processed. Obviously the less FLOP's there
are in a work unit the less time it will take to complete. I've had work units
that had under 2 TeraFLOP's and it only took 4 hours to complete and I've also
had wu's that had over 4 TeraFLOP's and it took 11 hours to
complete.
Rather that creating a spreadsheet with average
times, make a spreadsheet that compares different systems analyzing a Varity of
work unit sizes. This make comparing system speeds more accurate.
