hehe, there's nothing wrong with any place in the northern hemisphere as
such, except for the really strange academic calendar that works 6 months
outside the standard calendar. By PTZ I assume GMT -5 ? That's what Windows
always tries to set up whenever I reinstall, which is annoying to say the
least heh
