Shane,
Funny you ask that question. I was having a similar problem with my mouse.
I didn't connect my problem with s@h however. I run two other programs on
my WinMe machine, an Xserver and Hotbar. I think I have fixed my problem
with the mouse disappearing by removing Hotbar. It's been a couple of days
since I removed it and my mouse has not disappeared since.
Have you experienced any explorer crashes on your machine?

Subject: case of the disappearing mouse
Seems with the SETI outage repaired there's nothing to talk about.
I have sort of a question that I am curious to see if anyone else has. I
have SETI@home v3.03 running all the time, minimized. Every once in I will
maximize it just to see where I stand on a work unit, how many I have
completed, so far, etc. Anyways, my mouse doesn't seem to like it when that
happens and the little arrow proceeds to disappear. The mouse still
functions normally, anything you click on would proceed as normal, you just
can't see what the heck you're doing. I can usually guess by rolling it
into the corner and guessing from there. Sometimes it will taunt me by
flickering ever so slightly. If I go to another window while leaving SETI
maximized the mouse is still not visible. I manage to minimize and the
mouse reappears. It's not really a big problem, I'm sure its one of those
bugs, serves me right to have WinMe. Ideas, anyone? Thanks.
Shane
