I think it's a problem with the way setiathome displays it's data. Windows
has a few different ways of displaying information on the screen, the oldest
and slowest of which is GDI. Unfortunately, this is also the most compatible
way of doing it (setiathome doesn't use directx as far as I can tell :) )
but Windows ME might have poorer support for it than any of the older breeds
of Windows
