As with any single processor time, it all depends upon your hardware and
its speed. If you are curious as to how much _longer_ it takes on the
same system to run single WU vs dual WUs with a dual processor (provided
your OS supports such a feature), then for my dual 300 Katmai 256M RAM,
it adds about 30 minutes over a single WU. To say it in other words, to
run 1 WU on that box takes around 19 hours, while running two WUs with
cpu assignment takes about 19.5 hours each. The 2nd cpu is slightly
faster as it does not have to perform any of the overhead functions.
This box has higher overhead costs as it is also my server.
