Setispy log and WUs...

I've been using setispy and love the pretty pictures but my log files show that no results are being returned and that previous WUs are less than 100% done... despite the fact that during processing it shows spikes and triplets as being returned...   Can anybody explain what/why? - in laymans terms...   Are the WU's incomplete? (there still being recorded on my stats) What's going on?   Grateful for any suggestions advice.   Aisling
