CPU Dedication just show a math correlation between the number of seconds
spend crunching WUs verses the number of seconds since you started. It only
tells you what percentage of time you have had your machine working on seti
since you started. If you have more than one machine the number does not
mean anything as you can (and will) go over 100%.
