All of these are superceded by now.

Lingua Folder and Item are just examples, do not ever use them "for real".
I highly recommend going with Plone 2.1.1. The ATCT 1.0 content types
are LP enabled by default. Also, navigation does not work well in
2.0.5 (and never will).
