Hmm, reading your msg again it looks like you tried to run
portal_migration but couldn't get to it.
Maybe need to stick a 'manage' in the middle of that url so it goes
straight to ZMI?
To me, 'AttributeError : TranslationService' seems to usually mean
"You haven't (fully) migrated your site".
While you have a 2.0.x Data.fs in a site with Products from 2.1.x,
everything from Plone will of course be broken. So nothing will work if
you try to get to it via Plone.
So make sure you are indeed trying to go via the ZMI when you try to migrate
