Hi!
I have a problem trying to create a Plone site inside a Plone/Zope 2.1.2
installation on Windows XP.
When I go to http://localhost:8080/manager I get the Zope instance. If I
select Plone Site from the dropdown list, I get the error:
An error was encountered while publishing this resource.
*Error Type: IndexError*
*Error Value: string index out of range*

I am logged in as Administrator.
A search through plone.org and the Gmane archives shows nothing on this.
Has anyone encountered this before? Does anyone have an idea of how to
fix it?
