I got it!
I needed to change permissions through zope at:
/plone_workflow/states/visible and then check permission 'visible' for
members, authenticated....

I don't know where to change it. I have been looking through Zope to
the 'security' tab on the folders/workflows but I couldn't get
anything clear to me.
Does someone know how to fix this?
