As long as the other site has exactly the same versions of Plone and Zope and exactly the same 3rd-party products installed, and the versions of those are exactly the same too, you'll be glad to know, yes it IS as simple as copying across the Data.fs. :-) You should shut down Zope while you do it. It wouldn't hurt to pack the database first in case its grown rather large.
