Well, it sounds like a corrupt file - if you have downloaded it multiple times and it has been corrupt multiple times, maybe you have a caching problem. Suggestion: I will send you (off list) by email the file that I have just downloaded and renamed to test when I mailed you earlier, you send me the copy you cannot unzip. If I can't unzip yours and you can unzip mine, we can probably assume you have cached corrupt download.
