This is not a setup/install question, and is also product-specific (ie.
SimplePortlet does not ship with Plone). Please try the General Plone

restarted the Zope server each time I made a change, clearing the cache

my browser as well.
I have had good luck including links in the content window by using the
windowZ product, but there are certain links I need to open in new
windows.
Any ideas?
