Export/import is not a valid migration strategy. Imports require the
exact same versions of things at both ends. You should copy your
Data.fs to the 2.1.4 instance and run the Plone migrations.
Especially from 2.0 to 2.1 where all CMF content needs to be
converted to ATCT content.
