Zope is the container Plone is the application. Kind of like in the java world tomcat is a container, you add your applications to tomcat.
When you go to your http://12.34.56.78:8080/test you should see a default plone welcome screen with a login link at the top. Logon with the admin id and password you used to setup the plone site in Zope.
