Obtain the tarball from
http://plone.googlecode.com/files/Plone-2.5.3-final.tar.gz
Using WinZip to unpack the tarball is not a good idea. At a minimum you will
end up with the following 6 files upon extraction:
ATReferenceBrowserWidget\skins\ATReferenceBrowserWidget\referencebrowser_filterBreadCrumbs.p
ATReferenceBrowserWidget\skins\ATReferenceBrowserWidget\referencebrowser_insertHistory.p
ATReferenceBrowserWidget\skins\ATReferenceBrowserWidget\referencebrowser_queryCatalog.p
ATReferenceBrowserWidget\skins\ATReferenceBrowserWidget\referencebrowser_startupDirectory.p
CMFPlacefulWorkflow\skins\CMFPlacefulWorkflow\placeful_workflow_configuration_add.p
CMFPlacefulWorkflow\skins\CMFPlacefulWorkflow\placeful_workflow_configuration_set.p
Note that there is a small matter of a missing 'y' at the end of the file
extension.

Using WinRAR recognizes and unpacks them all as the *.py files they should
be and then everything is as good as gold.
