Thanks - for the reply - First, don't rub it in - it's 9am here in NY :( My end of day is long off.
Second, I guess I just need to point always to the 2.4 installation with -d flags on apt-get and run the python2.4 command instead of just python. I hope that will work. Thanks, Enjoy Dinner. Just a tip, you can call a particular python using "python2.4" or "python2.5". Calling your python "python" will use the default system python bin. So, you can do something like "python2.4 ez_setup.py" will install easy_install in your python2.4... Have a nice end of day ;-) BASTIEN Gauthier Service Informatique - Administration Communale de Sambreville 071/260.247 http://www.sambreville.be -- View this message in context: http://n2.nabble.com/Using-Python-2.4---2.5-on-the-same-system-tp721725p721898.html Sent from the Installation, Setup, Upgrades mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Setup mailing list [email protected] http://lists.plone.org/mailman/listinfo/setup
