The version of your OS does not affect whether Kupu works or not, but the
Safari that ships with OS X 10.3 is not capable of rendering Kupu. Either
upgrade your OS or use Firefox. There might be WebKit nightly builds that
work on OS X 10.3 too, I'm not sure.
