Thanks Alberto, I looked for the Zope log file but couldn't find it anywhere. Where does it live? Specifically, the most promising place I found for the Zope log was under c:/Program Files/Plone 3/Zope/skel/log but the only thing there was a README.txt file. There were no other files in the directory. The README.txt said that that was where the Zope logs were supposed to be by default, and I didn't change any defaults. So no Zope log. What does this mean? Richard
