I'm following Mikko's instructions.
I'm at the point where I issue the following command in an MS Dos prompt:
paster create -t plone3_buildout Plone-3.3
Windows displays the following error message:

not be located in the dynamic link library pywintypes24.dll.

In the Dos window, I get the following messages:
