My guess is that your Configlet probably used plone.app.registry and
plone.registry. Add them to your buildout and see if you can install
products agfain. I actually don't know how to uninstall the leftovers from
plone.registry, I'd try to uninstall plone.app.registry if it appears in the
products list.
